Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, authentication records, profile settings, and access status.
- Information you choose to provide, including birth details, questions, journal entries, readings, reflections, community posts, creator information, referral codes, and support messages.
- Subscription and transaction records. Stripe processes payment-card details; Energy Oracle does not receive or store your complete card number.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and service usage.
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts; provide readings, saved history, membership, community, creator, referral, and support features.
- Process subscriptions, cancellations, disputes, and fraud-prevention checks.
- Generate requested AI-assisted experiences, troubleshoot errors, protect users, enforce policies, and comply with law.
- Send essential account, security, billing, and service communications.
AI processing and sensitive information
Prompts and relevant content may be sent to AI service providers to generate requested responses. Avoid submitting information you would not want processed for that purpose. Energy Oracle is not designed for medical records, government identifiers, complete payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
Service providers and sharing
We share information as reasonably needed with providers supporting the service, including Supabase for authentication and databases, Render for hosting, Stripe for payments, and AI or infrastructure providers used to deliver features.
We may disclose information to comply with law, protect safety and rights, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business transaction, or when you direct or consent to sharing. We do not sell personal information for money.
Public and member-visible information
Chosen Community posts and approved Creator Circle information may be visible to other members. Do not post private information you do not want others to see. Private readings and journal content are not posted publicly unless you choose to share them.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible information by email. Where applicable, you may object to or request limits on certain processing. Indiana or other applicable privacy rights will be honored for verified requests as required. If a request is denied, reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Children, changes, and contact
Energy Oracle is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy and will post a revised effective date.
