Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.
The service
Energy Oracle offers AI-assisted reflection, compatibility readings, astrology-inspired tools, journaling, coaching prompts, community features, creator profiles, and related digital experiences. Features may change as the service develops.
Take only what resonates
Use your own judgment and take only what resonates with you. Energy Oracle content is generated or assisted by technology and is provided for personal reflection, education, and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not replace a qualified professional.
Do not use Energy Oracle for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or decisions where incorrect information could cause harm. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Free profiles and paid membership
- A free profile includes two complimentary Compatibility readings.
- Full membership is currently $6.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.
- Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Promotional or VIP access may have separate limits or expiration dates.
Payments and refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable, including recurring payments and unused time, except where required by law. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges may be corrected at our discretion. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. See the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, reverse-engineer protected software, or burden the service with unauthorized automation.
- Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not impersonate others, solicit sensitive information, or use the community to provide unlicensed professional advice.
Your content and moderation
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tri-State Digital Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate and improve the service. Public community posts and approved creator information may be visible to members.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve information when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Intellectual property
Energy Oracle branding, design, software, original text, graphics, and service materials are owned by Tri-State Digital Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not permit commercial copying, resale, or redistribution.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every user.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-State Digital Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date; material changes may also be communicated through the service or email.
Governing law and contact
Indiana law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
