Price and automatic renewal
Full membership is currently $6.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. Stripe securely processes payment. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The price and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
Cancellation
Cancel any time through Profile → View Membership → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access continues until then. Cancelling prevents future renewals; it does not refund a completed charge.
No-refund policy
Membership payments are non-refundable, including first payments, recurring payments, and unused time, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated or partial-month refunds. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges may be corrected at our discretion.
Billing questions and disputes
Email us promptly if you do not recognize a charge or believe a billing error occurred. Include the email connected to your account, but never send complete card information. A chargeback or reversal may suspend paid access while the matter is reviewed.
